Bailey’s Youtube channel provides a host of different exercise classes, but we’re big fans of her 5-7 minute short burn videos. Using a variety of pilates-styled exercises, her videos are a great option if you don’t have time for a full workout but still want to feel like you’ve done some specific work on your glutes or abs. Guaranteed to feel the burn after five minutes, you can also sign up to her app for more workouts. Check her out here.
